The order can be refused and returned to sender if you do not want to pay these tariffs. This particular item displayed correct serving size and potency; 2 soft-gels for 1000mg per serving - in several different very prominent places; in the product title, on the front of the product label (shown on the first image), on the back supplement panel (shown on the second image).
