Bought krill oil from Bronson and the price, especially with free shipping was great. I think the free shipping was a one time offer, so not sure if I will purchase again. Also I would have liked to be able yo track the shipment.

Qualified comment
Apart from the time my visa details were stolen from your system & used for UBER trips all over the world the service is good.
Response from Bronson VitaminsApr 23, 2019
Dear Noel, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback! We are sorry to hear that your credit card details were compromised somehow. It is unfortunate that a criminal element is intent on attacking all types and sizes of businesses. No business seems to be immune from these criminals, here is a partial list of some of the notable companies that have been hacked and customers credit data has been seized: Marriott Target Stores Yahoo Equifax JP Morgan Chase Home Depot eBay US Office of Personnel Management Many more... While technically you are correct, we did have a data breach, this was years ago, and since then we have taken numerous steps to improve our systems. These improvements have "hardened" our system and make the likelihood of a repeat occurrence very unlikely. If you ever have questions or concerns we would want you to contact us directly for assistance. You can reach us by calling our international number 801-443-3005 during normal business hours. Sincerely, Bronson Customer Service

Bronson History and Last Order Experience
So, my Dad was a consumer of Bronson nutriceuticals back in the day. I remember there being a great vitamin/mineral reference (indicated sources of same in foods and benefits, etc.) many years ago. I like that you can sign in with Amazon Pay - - very convenient to Amazon customers (many). What didn't seem to work seamlessly on my last order was that the new page for Bronson was not the same as the one that I was looking at from my e-mail, specifically the buy one, get one free products. That was an encumbrance.
Response from Bronson VitaminsApr 23, 2019
Dear A. Pon, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. The email should have taken you to the website to the exact location of all the items included in the Buy one get one free promotion. If this did not happen you can still access these items by clicking on deals and sales on the home page. If you need further assistance do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance. Please send an email to Customer Care at [email protected] or call us toll-free 1-800-235-3200 during normal business hours. Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 8: 00 p.m. EST Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST Bronson Sincerely, Bronson Customer Care
