I ordered a few shirts from them and I definitely regret it. The material is ridiculously cheap. I ordered size 'XL' which has always been nice, loose, and comfortable, but their 'XL' is definitely 'Small'. It's insane. They said 'a 1 to 4 cm difference in size is normal', but this was an 11 CM size difference. Yeah, don't waste your money. When I contacted them, thinking it might have been a mistake of some sort, their only offer to make it right was to give me a 14% discount on ordering more shirts. If they had at least fit, I wouldn't be that annoyed. The cheap material they're made out of wouldn't last long, but I'd get a few wearings out of them at least. There's nothing good about these shirts though. They make sure you can't even wear them unless you order 3 or 4 sizes larger than you wear. Even then, I'd be shocked if they fit.

The quality of material is CHEAP…doesn’t even feel like cotton…donated my entire purchase…very unhappy with purchase!

Sized MUCH smaller than anticipated, I would have ordered 2 sizes up from normal if I’d realized. I also really don’t care for the feel of the poly blend fabric. Wish I had not ordered.

I ordered two shirts, size 5XL, and what I got was XL at best. I followed the instructions to get a refund (didn't want a replacement since the order took so long) but they wouldn't give me one. Instead they offered "25% off another order", claiming size discrepancies happen. I can understand that, but not to the degree I got. I'm convinced the shirts were labeled wrong. That said, I told them their offer was unacceptable and I still expected a full refund. They then had the audacity to offer me 35%. Sensing they're clearly not going to give me the refund I deserve, I've consigned to the fact I've been ripped off. Please learn from my lesson and NEVER order from them.

I recently purchased an item from this agency and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality. The product appeared cheaply made and didn't meet the standard I expected for the price I paid. When I reached out to return it, they offered me a slight discount in exchange for not returning it. The discount was not enough to want me to keep the item rather want my full refund back. I paid close to $30 for something that looks like should be at the dollar store. Despite my response, it's been over a week and I haven't heard back from them. While I appreciate the opportunity to share this feedback, I would caution others who value quality to consider their purchase carefully.
