I have loved my Brilliance New York Curling iron and straightener for the past 7 years. These are the only styling tools that will hold a curl in my hair. My hair always feels smooth afterwards and never feels/smells burnt like other tools I've used in the past. I have been a professional performer for the past 7 years, and I will not travel without my BNY tools. I can sometimes go more than a day or two without re-curling, and my curls are still intact without other products. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with their customer service. The last item I ordered was back-ordered, and they were kind enough to upgrade my product for free! The lifetime warranty is an incredible value, and I have had zero issues replacing any of my tools. Their customer service agents are incredibly helpful and always very kind. I highly recommend any of these products and would give a 6+ star review if I could.
