I’ve been struggling to find a shampoo/conditioner that helps balance my hair. This product has been great! The only issue I had was the packaging. The conditioner came open in shipping and made a bit of a mess.

I had a problem with my Brilliance straighter I called and the guy who helped me was "AMAIZING " GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE he answered all my questions had a great attitude I'm very sorry I forgot his name 😪 but he was very helpful and offered me to buy softer oil for my hair from Amazon great deal I love it. This is my second 1.5 inch hair straightener I buy from BNY. The first one I bought at a mall kiosk 6 years ago and it was great all these years. Recently my daughter has moved out and I gave her my straightener, so I decided to buy a new one for me. I wanted to experiment and see how other brands work, so I bought few with good reviews, but had to return them because no other hair straightener works as well as BNY. So I just bought BNY again and I am very happy. It’s cheaper now. Only $65. It is very solid, has a very good grip, doesn’t pull the hair, straightens well and leaves a shine. Plus I got complimentary argan oil shampoo and conditioner with the order. Thank you BNY for your great quality
