This year's experience was the best for me. I have been using your firm over 5 years. I always review draft return and ask questions to understand the best I can. I see a few reasons why this year was better than the ones in the past. First, the draft return has arrived in good timing which gave me time to review without stress or pressure. Second, this year, I was able to arrange a Q&A video session. In previous years we used emails for Q&A. While it was good as I was able to read the explanations, it was time consuming and probably frustrating for both sides. With the Q&A video session, no only my questions were addressed more efficiently but also I felt I was able to build rapport with the person who prepared my return. Last comment is related to the final steps. Somehow I was able to e-file my return without paying for the service. When I received a reminder email, I was totally embarrassed. I am not sure how I missed that step, but this can be a small process improvement, and this is my 2 cent contribution. Thank you so much for your help each year. I look forward to our project next year.

I have been using Bright!Tax tax for quite some time now. They make it relatively easy to get through a intrinsically complicated process, and we have worked out an efficient modus operandi over time that works well.
