I reached out to BrightTax for tax consultation and they set up an appointment. When Dafne Adams, Director of Client Services, called me I was expecting a filing cost estimation, breakdown based on number of forms I have, and suggestion to add more (a typical business call with a potential tax consultant) but I was pleasantly surprised. She provided two options, either full support in filing, or a 30 minute call where the advisor would help me with any specific sections. And she even advised, if it's just a question which won't need a 30 minute call, they could try and get an answer by email free of charge! It is rare to find a consultant who has their client's interest at heart!
