I had searched for a couple years for a trusted company to help me with IRS returns (from Ireland) without success, then found Bright!Tax. I was a bit unsure, but - pleasantly surprised and then some. The two people I dealt with at the company were super clear, prompt in replying, and really understood my situation. The pricing was clear before I paid anything, the systems for uploading documentation was really well worked, and I had the opportunity to correct/clarify/edit everything before a return was submitted. Definitely using them again, and would highly recommend.

This message is to highlight Dafne Adams and Melissa Groves. First of all - Melissa and Dafne have been an amazing team. Dafne walks on water! She is the best and most supportive person I've worked with in a long time. Responsive, kind, and intelligent. In addition, Melissa Groves has been amazing and killing it for me. These two women were unbelievably helpful. I've had really terrible experiences with other accountants, I've been talked down to, dismissed, and tricked. I've never had two people like Dafne and Melissa go above and beyond for me. First of all, Dafne has helped resolved matters with the IRS that took my other accountant taking nearly $5K from me and 2 years to resolve (which he never got to the bottom of it) but Dafne was able to help me resolve it in a matter in a couple of months. INCREDIBLE! THANK GOD FOR DAFNE. Also, Melissa has been honest, kind, sincere, and supportive. She's better than any other accountant I've spoken to. Plus, she's also gone above and beyond. She helped me see how I can save money this year when I got bad advice from a lawyer. She also went out of her way to provide extra advice when she could have charged me. I am so THANKFUL for Dafne and Melissa and would love to ensure they both get highlighted and called out for excellence b/c they are the BEST! BEST ladies at BT!

This is definitely the right company to go with in terms of expat tax service. Being a CA (CPA) equivalent myself I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of subject matter expertise and amazing service I received. All staff I dealt with were friendly, helpful and displayed utmost professionalism.
