The team this year was very helpful explaining how do retrieve data from some investments.

The BrightTax team really answered our questions in a timely manner, went out of their way to research what they could if they didn't know the answer, and referred us to other pros if a questions was outside their purview. Their client portal is also very easy to navigate and use.
