I've been using Bright! Tax for 3 years now. I couldn't be more pleased with them. The system is well organized using a client organizer to upload documentation, which makes life easy. The Accountants, Preparers and Project Coordinators are very responsive. It's always a job well done!

Highly recommend Bright!Tax for any US citizen living abroad. The systems and processes the team has in place makes it simple to file. I also appreciate how quick they are to respond outside of tax season when a question pops up. There's so much conflicting information out there about taxes as an expat, but the folks at B!T clear it right up. Special shout out to Nicolas and Nour for keeping me on track and being so supportive!

Streamlined process, quick responses and feedback. I was a little overwhelmed at first with the structure of the "team" but it works well and response time is super quick.

The Brighttax team has been doing my taxes since 2021. They are very helpful and willing to answer any questions I have, usually very promptly. Both Nour and Nicolas make a real effort to better my understanding of what I need to provide and why and make suggestions as to what I don’t need as well. I find that getting the information requested onto my Brighttax client page a bit difficult. The page seems crowded with different sections and it’s hard to read. I’m not always sure that something I’ve sent has actually arrived, and has arrived in the correct place. However, I very much appreciate everyone’s patience with my efforts and am impressed with not only the website itself - there is a lot of information available there- but with the knowledge and skills the team puts to work on getting my taxes done and sent off on time. In addition, the cost of having my taxes done with Brighttax is fair and reasonable, and making payments is easy to do. I will be back with them next year at the same time.
