When I called Brightloan plus I felt that I had no hope and could see no light at the end of the tunnel with my bills. The voice on the other end of the line was Sarha, she assured me I had made the right choice to call and gave me hope and a lot of help with setting up my plan. Sarha made sure I could afford my plan and gave me, many options. She returns my phone calls and talks to me when I am scarred and nervous on my journey to freedom and out of debt. I felt a big weight lift from my shoulders after my first phone consultation. Sarah was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable about the debt restructuring process and patient. I had many questions and Sarah left none unanswered. Sarah is very detail oriented and knowledgeable about the restructuring process. Unfortunately it took multiple attempts on her end to finish the interview with me as I wasn't available at the times I had given to her.
