I am very disappointed! They didn't have an option for 0 stars. I ordered my contacts on March 29th and in my account it continues to say unfulfilled. I paid for my item and still have not received it. I've emailed and complained numerous times about this to them and still haven't gotten a reply. So I suggest to anyone DO NOT ODER ANYTHING FROM THEM, YOU WONT GET ANYTHING. What a scam. I'm so upset

I have ordered eye contacts on 2018 november. Still waiting for my order. Have asking to pay back my money, but they are ignoring my Message. Just promise that one fine day i will receive my order. Email i’ve got on 01.03.2019 Thank you so much for your patience! We are in the final stages of moving all stock to our new fulfillment center as our previous center whom we were contracted with had some issues with getting orders out in a timely fashion. Our new fulfillment center is located in Georgia, USA and is the current industry leader for fulfillment for online brands. We have communicated our past issues with our previous fulfillment center and the new team has taken this feedback on board and guaranteed us that it will not be an issue going forward. The stock will be moved by early this coming week and all orders will be shipped out in the following days. Terrible company. They took my money and never sent me anything in return. I’ve spoken with customer service and they keep saying the products will be delivered within a week. This was 2 months ago. They consistently say the same thing and deliver nothing. DO NOT SHOP HERE. IT IS A SCAM.

Again Buyer beware!!! Per email shipping was 02/12/19, with 4 days tracked shipping. A month later, shipment was never received. Emailed twice and NEVER received any response. Lucky I paid thru Paypal and was able to dispute and receive my money back.

Seems like a scam!! I ordered January 26 2019, just one pair to get a feel for this company. It is now March 7 2019 and I have not received my order even tho I received an email stating they had shipped with no tracking number. I sent 3 emails to the address listed on the website and none of them have been answered. I had to go to their Instagram page and send them a message. Finally I got ahold of someone, they told me they were in the process of moving their company to Georgia in the USA from Australia and I would receive my order in a couple days as they moved my order up to priority, that was 2 weeks ago. Still have not got my order. Think I’m out my $30. Think I’ll try the eye candy company b/c this one is clearly a scam and a poor example of a competent company

Contacted 5 times and blocked on facebook attempting to find out where my order that was placed Novemeber 12, 2018 #21408 that was paid for and remains unfulfilled. Customer service doesn't exist.

This COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! They stole $150 from me. I ordered contacts, they never shipped them! There is no phone number and they are next to impossible to reach via email!! PLEASE - do not order anything from these people!!!!
