Charles and his team successfully helped us cancel our three timeshares within the expected timeframe for each. Two of them were completed in less than 12 months, as promised, and the last one was finished ahead of schedule, taking around 15 months. I highly recommend this company.

He has been courteous and patient follows up with you keeps you in the loop about everything quick to respond to any questions that you may have addresses any and all concerns he didn't make me feel pressured into anything most importantly he kept his word. Charles did a great job, mainly he did what he said. He was able to complete the exit in 6 months and I did not have to pay another maintenance fee. Great job!!
