The VIP Pass is our most popular ticket option. Children that do not have a VIP Pass are required to present Activity Tickets in order to do the activities included in the VIP Pass. We have staff stationed at each ride and activity to check whether the child has a VIP Pass or an Activity Ticket. We are very sorry if there is any confusion regarding the different ticket requirements. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The VIP Pass also includes a collectible pin and an event exclusive build.
