These guys were great! I placed an order for a bunch of stuff, including a couple large glass carboys. They had everything in stock and quickly contacted me to let me know that their shipping calculator on the site had made an error in calculating the shipping rates (it was going to be more to ship from California to Florida than the site had calculated). As a small business owner myself, I know the pains involved in shipping, so the fact that they contacted me and were willing to work with me to correct the shipping issue was awesome. You just don't get that type of one on one communication with large companies.

I placed an order that I was told couldn't be met and Brendan Hanson, a partner in brewps, sent me a series of emails in an attempt to satisfy my needs. He was very helpful and prompt and I was able to fulfil a Christmas present need in time!

Did a lot of research on my home brew keg setup and they are by far the best price and received in the mail today and the product is just what I expected...Good Company
