Each box is a treasure trove of new and creative products that make some aspect of your life easier or better. As an adult there are few surprise gifts, and this is one, even if it's a gift that you give yourself! Enjoy!

I will try any subscription once. I didn't think this one would get my interest and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I loved all the goodies!

If you ever think “Mmm should I buy this?” The answer is “Yes!” Every three months you get a box full of surprises and if you organize yourself you have every birthday, holiday, mothers and fathers day solved!

I love receiving a wide range of products that I normally wouldn't buy myself. It's expanded what I love and all the items are selected very well.

First time customer, I paid $325 sept 8th 2020 for 2 boxes (Fall & Winter). The money went through and was taken out of my personal bank account. Today I got an email that said: "Goodbyes are never easy. At this time, per your request, your subscription has been canceled. Thank you so much for having been part of the BREO BOX family and we hope to see you again soon!" I never authorized to cancel my order, and my account was never credited back with the money I paid! If I ever get my money back, I will update this review. *update: I have reached out to BREO box customer service. They stated that the emails were sent by mistake and that I would receive my order. I have just received the Fall box 📦. Waiting on the winter box. So far so good. Thanks for the good customer service.

Hi Mina, please contact our customer support, they’ll absolutely take care of any concerns you have ([email protected]). I can assure you, if you’ve paid for a box, you will definitely be getting it. It’s possible the email was triggered by mistake and may have not been intended to be sent. I truly hope that you’ll not only update you’re review, but that we’ll have earned 5 star rating once you receive your box, as we pride ourselves on having the BEST customer service in the subscription world, alongside an amazing box.

The best customer service ever and the products are fantastic and you can't possibly buy the products individually for what the box costs its a total bargain. but I happen to love the boxes them selves they are reusable and wooden and make great storage and craft boxes truly one of my favorite subscription boxes can't live without it!
