Defective item
Unfortunately I don't get to use these sheets because they arrived with a tear in them and now the company is giving me a hard time trying to get my refund within the 30 days. Very disappointing because it was a nice presentation when I received them. The item being defective didn't bother me because things like that happen. It looks like it wasn't sown correctly. No big deal, but what is the big deal is them giving me a hard time. They're offering me a 40% refund. Unacceptable! I'm editing my review to add that the company has agreed to refund the full amount, less $10 for shipping so I'm changing my 1 star to a 3.
