I ordered a hoodie for my son. The item didn't fit so i contacted them on five occasions asking how to exchange the item and sadly they continue to ignore my emails.

Long delivery time, low quality.

I am waiting since November, 25th 2022 for the deliver of the parcel. The tracking number which was provided is not helpful. I don’t find a useful provider to resolve. The support email address didn’t responded and I give a chance until 31.12.2022 to call back the money from PayPal. Very disappointing service for a in house merch shop.

The size doesnt correspond with the size table. Wrote e-mail back, that replacing needed, but nobody answered. Finally, the gift for my son us useless.

Placed order for Shark Leon Hoodie for my son on 11/22/22. It's 12/9/22 (17 days or 13 working days later) and have not received item or order confirmation or tracking. It says on website shipment to US will take 7-15 working days and a tracking number will be provided, but we are nearing the end of that period and still no sign of confirmation, tracking or delivery. I did receive a PayPal receipt for the payment, but it did not contain any shipping/tracking information or an order #. I've tried (multiple times) calling, emailing and submitting messages thru their website to determine order status and never receive response. I'm giving it 5 more "working" days and then I'm going to dispute my charge as fraudulent.

De la pure arnaque !!! Je viens d’acheter une housse de couette pour mon fils fan de brawl stars… soit disant 100% coton ! C’est du 200% pur synthétique venant directement de Chine (preuve d’envoi à l’appui, le produit a été envoyé de las bas directement donc rien de français la dedans). Je ne parle pas du motif qui ne ressemble en rien à la photo du site ! C’est du 100% mauvaise qualité ! La housse ne vaut pas plus de 15€…payée 65€ env… Edit du 16/12/2022 j’ai donc renvoyé la housse et j’ai été toutefois remboursée très rapidement mais je vous decons d’acheter du textile sur ce site.

My bag broke its zip in the second day after i ordered it . Make the bags better please. I dont recommend you to buy this
