We use the Trustpilot buyer feedback system to provide more high-quality products and services for our Brawl Stars Players, but this seems to be attacked by competitors' words. But we are indeed an American company. It is undeniable that some of our high-quality products come from China. Although we do not have many experiences in online stores, we are also improving step by step through feedback from buyers. Players who like Brawl Stars provide high-quality products and services. Thank you very much for your suggestions. and all of our players, please buy your favorite products rationally.

A little surprised I am being asked to give feedback when I still have not received my order - it was shipped on 29 April and still not arrived. The email I was sent doesn't include who is delivering my item and hence I cannot check or track it. Furthermore, we are now over the time that your website said that the parcel would take to reach me. I suggest you update your website to reflect reality as well as track items to ensure they are with your customers before you ask them to comment on the products. Not very happy with the service.
