I purchased two lights for a bathroom remodel. I wasn't happy with the quality of them when they came. I asked if I could return them and they said yes. Even though the company advertises it is in Wyoming I was requested to pay to ship it to India where their warehouse is. This was quite expensive but I did it and followed their directions to the letter. Providing them with the tracking info and receipt. After about 2 weeks I hadn't received a refund and thought I should check in. They claimed they didn't receive the package. I contacted Fedex. They informed me that after numerous unsuccesful attempts to deliver to the address, and to contact them by phone and by email they had closed the case. I was given a name of someone for Brass Beam to contact in India to try and retrieve it. I gave the company this information. Now I only get form letter type responses (we are sorry for the inconvenience...)when I try to contact them. No specifics or possible resolutions. I have called and left a message with no response. I'm out the money I spent on two lights and the expensive shipping to return them.

I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing. The return policy is as difficult and expensive as stated by others. It really is deceiving that they make you think their company is based out of Wyoming when all of these business shipping and returns are from India. That is a huge disservice to the the metal workers in India. I ordered a second light to replace the first because I ordered the wrong color before I realized how hard it was going to be to return. The frustrating part is that the second light didnt come on the date they gave me and it was difficult to track. Once I figured it out, I found that they weren't even updating tracking so I had no way to update the company doing my bathroom remodeling. I will not be ordering from them again.

This company is based out of India. Their website shows they are out of Wyoming, this is a lie. Their return process looks easy on their website, they make it look like you would return to WY, but the return shipping cost to India is incredibly expensive. I ordered two fixtures and the color was not right. The fixtures are also very dainty compared to online photos. I would not recommend buying unless you have seen real photos of the fixture you’re buying.

Placed order of 3 fixtures, arrived only 2 out of 3 and the 2 that have arrived were wrong color from what has been ordered. Tried emailing customer service they keep telling me to wait, after 2 weeks they shipped the correct fixtures and compensated the client for the delay and the errors. The phone number that provided online wont answer so you have to communicate only through email.

Amazing lamp. Modern yet elegant. Fully conform to the description. Very short lead time. High recommended concerning the product and the service.

J’ai commandé chez Brass & Beam il y a peu et franchement super expérience. Le site est clair, simple à utiliser, et on voit direct que c’est du sérieux. La commande s’est faite facilement et le luminaire est encore plus beau en vrai. Les finitions sont propres, le rendu est vraiment qualitatif. Très content de mon achat !
