Swagify.comReviews of brandnex.com

Absolutely phenomenal team for your custom needs. Several years ago I had a custom silicone wrist band made with my husband's daughter's personal handwriting and message engraved into it and he absolutely loved them. He wore/wears them every single day ❤️. Unfortunately he lost his black one this year on father's day, so I reached out to brandnex for help. I knew they did an amazing job already so I trust them and they even have the original proof with his daughter's handwriting still on file! Tim Johnson and the team at brandnex have gone above and beyond to help me replace the wrist band, and with plenty of backups just in case! 😊 I would recommend anyone looking for custom gifts to brandnex!!

I placed an order for custom temporary tattoos for my child’s birthday party. They came out great and all the kids loved them! Thanks for your help Tim. You were professional and helpful with making my decision easier. Will definitely use them again!

Excellent customer service and problem solving to help us meet our group deadline! Thank you BrandNex!

Great Service and Great Experience. The order was on time- I ordered a 1 day 1 Day and called for same day Production after another company dropped the ball. Brandnex was able to help and save my event! Thank you

I was in a tough situation and needed wristbands and buttons within 48 hours. Brandnex came through for me! I will def be reordering again!

Working with Cecilia was more than just a business transaction..she went above and beyond in a way very few people in service do. I have worked in customer service for decades and want to make sure that people who genuinely care are truly recognized for these are the people who make a difference and make it the reason I choose your company for repeat orders. I would hire Cecilia any day of the week..you are lucky to gave her....did I mention she works in the art department but took my order also when she didn't have a sales rep available? Great Job!

Nice buttons :)

This is our second time ordering this product from Brandnex. They made the reorder process so easy and even offered assistance to make our next order better than our first. Online chat was simple and our CSR was extremely responsive. I wasn't waiting minutes on end for a simple answer. It was wonderful! Highly recommend this service!
