This review is completely false and misleading. ✅ We are a legitimate U.S.-registered wholesale distributor with a business history dating back to 2005. Our website, BrandMastersWholesale.com. ❌ You have never made a verified purchase from us. Please share your order ID, invoice, or any proof of payment if your claim is genuine. Otherwise, your statement is purely defamatory. ✅ All our products are 100% authentic and sourced only through authorized U.S.-based suppliers and distributors — not from China or unauthorized sources. 📄 As for Amazon: Amazon’s acceptance of invoices is subject to their own internal review process and does not reflect the authenticity of the products themselves. Rejection by Amazon ≠ fake products. 📢 We urge you not to spread misinformation without any proof. Making baseless accusations is harmful, unethical, and reflects more about the reviewer than the business. If you are a genuine customer with a concern, contact us directly at [email protected] — we are happy to assist.

Amazon’s invoice approval process varies by category and brand. A rejection does not mean the invoice or product is fake. Due to Amazon's strict enforcement, thousands of legitimate sellers face this. Our brand authorization letters are genuine, provided through our verified distribution partnerships, and we welcome verification at any time. Spreading false claims without evidence is not only misleading to others but also unethical.

Your claims are entirely false, misleading, and defamatory. We Do Not Sell Counterfeit Products: All our products are 100% authentic and sourced from reputable distributors within the United States. We do not deal with or source products from China, and we do not carry private label or imitation goods. Authorization Letters: We provide brand support letters and documentation only when available and applicable. These are not self-created or fake—and we never promise them in advance unless it is agreed upon in writing with the buyer. Amazon Compliance: We have numerous satisfied wholesale clients who resell on Amazon and other marketplaces. If Amazon rejected your invoices, please understand that Amazon has strict brand gating rules, and not all brands are ungated without additional verification—this doesn’t make our products counterfeit or our invoices invalid. You Never Purchased from Us: We have no record of any order or communication from you. If you did buy from us, share your order number or invoice so we can verify and respond accordingly. Otherwise, this appears to be a malicious attempt to damage our reputation without evidence. Spreading false accusations without proof is unethical and can mislead others. We urge genuine customers to verify everything themselves, visit our warehouse if needed, and contact us directly for any concerns. Thank you Brand Masters Wholesale – Customer Support

Hello Your review contains several contradictions and false statements that we would like to clarify: Payment Methods: You claimed we "say you can pay with card" but then "tell you our system is down." This is incorrect. We clearly state on our Payment Process page (https://brandmasterswholesale.com/payment-process/) that we currently only accept ACH and wire transfers. We do not advertise or promise credit card payments anywhere on our site. If you believe otherwise, please share the exact page URL where you saw this. Contradiction in Contact: You also mentioned we didn’t answer phone calls, yet claim we informed you about our payment system. If we never communicated, how were you informed of anything? This inconsistency alone calls the credibility of your review into question. Business Address: The address listed on our website is for our warehouse and operations team. We are fully transparent about this. Simply judging a business by a Street View snapshot without understanding how warehouses and fulfillment centers operate is misleading. Review Authenticity Accusation: All of our reviews come from real buyers and resellers who have placed actual orders. Claiming they are "fake" without proof is defamatory and unfair. Many legitimate businesses receive positive feedback in short periods during seasonal sales, product launches, or special offers. If you’ve truly placed an order with us, we invite you to share your invoice number or transaction details so we can look into the matter seriously. If not, please refrain from spreading false and baseless accusations that mislead others. Thank you Customer Support Team Brand Masters Wholesale

We take such claims very seriously. However, we have no record of any order under your name or any complaint matching your description. If you genuinely placed an order with us, please share your order number or payment proof so we can investigate properly. Let us clarify a few key points: All Products Are 100% Authentic: We only deal in genuine, brand-name wholesale products sourced from authorized and verified distributors. We do not—and never have—sold counterfeit goods. Making false accusations without proof is damaging and legally questionable. No Customer Left Unheard: We maintain active communication with all verified customers and address every issue promptly. If your claim were legitimate, we would have responded accordingly—just like we do for any real customer. Payment Methods Are Clearly Listed: Yes, we accept ACH and wire transfers, as clearly disclosed on our Payment Process page. These are standard payment methods in the wholesale industry. The implication that this is a tactic to avoid accountability is entirely false and misleading. Amazon Suspension Claims: If your Amazon account was blocked, there could be many unrelated reasons. Without proof that our products caused the issue, it’s unfair to shift blame without evidence. Many of our reseller clients sell on Amazon without any issue and rely on our dependable sourcing. Please refrain from spreading unverified and damaging statements. If your experience was genuine, we’re open to resolving it. But if it's fabricated or based on assumptions, it's both irresponsible and misleading to other readers. Thank you Brand Masters Wholesale Support Team

We take accusations like this very seriously, and we would like to address your claims with clarity and facts: Contradictory Statement: You mentioned placing a $10,000 order, but then claimed you only listed and sold one unit on Amazon. That’s a major contradiction. We encourage you to clarify this inconsistency and provide specific order or invoice details so we can verify your claim. Product Authenticity: We do not source products from Alibaba or China. Our products are purchased from trusted and verified distributors in the USA. We deal only in genuine brand-name goods and do not sell private label or counterfeit items. False Accusations About Our Team: Your claim that the company is “operated by individuals in Pakistan” is not only false but also an attempt to mislead others with baseless assumptions. Our business is registered and operated in the United States. Resorting to such statements shows this is more of a targeted defamation effort than a real customer complaint. No Evidence Provided: You have not shared any proof of your purchase—no invoice, no transaction ID, nothing. We challenge you to publicly share any valid order or payment confirmation from our company to support your claims. Until then, your statement remains unverified and misleading. We understand competitors and fake reviewers exist online, but spreading false information only hurts the community. We remain committed to providing our customers with authentic products, exceptional service, and full transparency.
