They are scammers who sell completely fake and counterfeit products. After listing their items on Amazon, my account was deactivated due to policy violations. Do not trust this company — doing business with them puts your Amazon account and reputation at serious risk. Stay away.

Brand Master Wholesale is a straight-up scam. Not just shady — they are criminals pretending to be a wholesale supplier. I bought from them to sell on Amazon, and within days, my entire Amazon account was permanently suspended. No warnings. No second chances. Done. Why? Because they sell fake, counterfeit, and unauthorized products. These aren’t “genuine-looking” – they are obvious fakes. Amazon flagged their invoice as completely unacceptable, and every appeal I filed was rejected immediately. Their products violate intellectual property rights, and once Amazon catches you — you’re finished. Let me break it down clearly: ✅ Their "wholesale" business is a front to push fake goods ❌ No brand authorization ❌ No legal resale rights ❌ No legit paperwork that Amazon will accept ❌ No customer support – they ghost you the moment you complain I lost my account, my investment, and months of hard work because I trusted these scammers. Don't be the next victim. If you're an Amazon seller and buy from them, your store will be banned — period. They’re not a mistake — they’re a trap. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BRAND MASTER WHOLESALE.

Brand Master Wholesale is a scam. They claimed to offer ungating services, but after I submitted their invoice to Amazon, it was rejected. Now, they have stopped responding and refuse to issue a refund. This company is not trustworthy — please do not buy anything from them or fall for their false promises. Stay away to protect your money.

These guys are 100% crooked. They promised us they would help us get a product that was gated--and they didn't. Once the process was done, they promised to give us our money back and have since ghosted us. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY — it is a complete scam. They take your money and then disappear without delivering what you ordered. If they do send anything, it's fake and nothing like what was promised. They are only out to steal your money. I deeply regret not seeing these reviews earlier. If anyone is planning legal action to bring them to court, count me in — these scammers must be held accountable.

Brand Master Wholesale is a major scam. I transferred $7,648 to them, but they claim they never received the payment. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company, I have received no response. They are professional scammers. Please do not send them a single penny this company cannot be trusted.

They are professional scammers who sell counterfeit, low-quality products sourced from China. The items are often unauthorized copies, and Amazon does not accept their invoices. They also provide fake authorization letters, which they create themselves to appear legitimate. Do not trust this company — doing business with them can seriously harm your reputation and Amazon account.

This is a fake company. They take payments via ACH or wire transfer, and once the money is received, they stop replying and don’t answer calls. They scammed me out of $7,648 and have completely cut off communication. Please do not trust this company — they are professional scammers. Stay far away to avoid losing your hard-earned money.
