Designer bundle was the best I have ordered. Regular customer here!

Just ordered a sports branded bundle from the company - they used DPD next day. Literally ordered Monday evening and arrived Wednesday. Decent mix of brands and profit margins are looking good.

Paid for a bundle of Designer Vintage items, was told they'd be shipped on a certain date as they'd be away which was no problem. The date came and went & i was ignored for over a week, was then told my package had been sent after I said I'd be going through my bank to my money back. Upon checking the tracking, my package has not been sent & who ever I spoke to is just out right rude. Please avoid this company unless u want to be scammed out of ur money. Now having to go through the scam department with my bank to try and get my funds back. How some people think doing business like this is acceptable is beyond me. I don't imagine i will be the last person to experience this from this awful company.

AVOID. Discussed what items we were interested in and sent photos to be clear. Received completely different items to what we asked for. Company has no customer service, does not accept returns unless you want a credit note which is useless as would never do business with them again. Clothes were also supposed to be Grade A, and majority have marks, large holes and a couple of fakes/missing labels in there too. Only option to get money back is through small claims court.
