I got three of the stores. I wasn't able to access any of them. Shopify said I was not authorized. Contacted support, got nowhere. got into one store by a backdoor, set it up and worked on it for a few days, then, it went away. I contacted Shopify and had the stores deleted. Don't spend your money on these guys.

I wanted to give this company a try, as it offers super low cost "ready to ship" Shopify stores. I could not be more disappointed. I'll highlight a few things that happened with no interaction with me at all... - your store will be named your firstname.lastname.myshopify.com (yeah, you can add a domain, but from a privacy perspective, this is terrible practice). - your store will be default to the US, even if you're not in the US. They could simply ask where the customer wants to have the store, as shopify has a global presence. - if you pay for more products to be added (which was my case), they will add crappy stuff in there just to reach the product count... so let's say a t-shirt. Red and blue? 2 products. Oh, red and blue, S/M/L? 6 products. Every product variation is counting as a product, which is heavy BS and misleading. - The themes they use is the same for everyone... you don't end up with a unique store, but with a clone from several thousand others... btw, free themes as well. - I got my "your store is ready" email and, upon logging into the store, there were SO many missing configurations that I can't really consider the store ready... TL;DR? In the end, you're paying for something that would cost you $5 on fiverr.com ... don't recommend at all, and I wish I could have my money back, as it's misleading and a very poor experience.

Zero support. They have given me a theme that stopped working on iPhones. No one replies to emails :(

The store that was created was not that impressive

Absolute garbage. The "branded" store they gave me has a logo that says "Petstore" and the website looks so plain and generic. There are maybe 10 products total which are not even relevant to the brand (but they literally ask you no questions when setting up the store, just your VERY vague niche). I am having to alter the entire store/website on my own, which is really difficult for me since I have no tech knowledge at all (which is why I bought a pre-made store in the first place) and customer service is awful. Save your money and just do it yourself (you will end up doing that anyway).

Use Brandafy if you have free money to throw into garbage, I've tested their service, and I can say it's not worth a penny. They through some random elements and products, that's it.

I'm looking at these 5-star reviews and I'm very confused because I had a completely different experience with Brandafy. Firstly, they delivered my store within a few hours from the time I purchased it, which was strange to me. I knew right away that this was a complete copy and paste type of deal because I received the store within around 3 or so hours. Secondly, when I opened the store, it was a major disappointment. It looked cluttered, product descriptions were so long they looked like paragraphs, the way products were placed was not aligned because some products had different frame sizes and the logo was an absolute joke! I emailed them right away and told them I hated the website and asked for a refund, and they said they was no refund. Thankfully it didn't cost a lot so I took the loss. I wouldn't recommend this company. I say save your coins and either use a free template on Shopify to create a FREE store or if it's too much, maybe spend a little more and use a different company. The moral of the story here is that YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! I got a cheap looking website and deleted it 3 days after because there was just no point. Now I'm starting from scratch!

Terrible support, I've asked them to review my store and solve the issue with the code, but they can't even take a minute to glance over it. The store looks professional and has an original theme, but the support does a poor job when keeping a connection with their customers. I've already contacted them like 3 times and the response that I received from them was the promise that they are going to send this to their specialist team to review and tell me if they can solve this issue. More than 2 days have passed and still have not received a single message... Please improve your support team because this is the most important currency you currently have! I was about to start running paid advertising for my store and now my plans went in vain. Of course, this is my mistake because I was digging down into the code to optimize the loading speed of the store, but failed that part and due to that now some of the features are not working properly. I would actually change this review to 5-stars if you were willing to help me out and solve my issues right away!
