Emailing isn’t always the way to go . Having people call to work with their customers should be a new approach. I emailed once I placed my order to make a minor change and was unsuccessful to do so and by the time I asked for a Manager/Supervisor I received an email Saying “My order has been shipped”. I didn’t want to go through the process of canceling my order and waiting for a refund to order again for a $1 change to be exact . Hopefully my boxes were worth the wait but this dilemma won’t stop me from ordering again , it just makes me more mindful to review my order again before placing it .

The first time I ordered, I never received anything. After three weeks, I contacted them and got the response that they had no idea when they would be done, and the only thing they offered was to cancel the order and refund me. I decided to give them another chance and order three different sets of boxes, 1 set 6x6x6 kraft with a small logo, 8x8x8 large logo image on a background of a tulip field and sky on white, and 1 set of larger boxes Kraft with a larger logo. The day I recieced my order, the 8x8x8 boxes were missing, so I contacted them about that. They had canceled sending them out without telling me. Additionally, the 6x6x6 were white instead of Kraft. After a couple more say, I finally received those boxes and was mortified! The picture colors look nothing like the image, especially the logo. I bought these boxes for a huge project where impressions are extremely important and have very little time now to fix the concern. The original response was that I didnt know what I was talking about, they had sent what I ordered, then it was explanations as to why their product would not have a possibility of having a decent picture, back to refunding money... but even that was crazy. They offered to send me $11 to cover an item that cost $31 just in the item itself, not including taxes and shipping. I had to go back several times and did not want a refund over a decent product.

A big disappointment. This was our fist order. We got the 2-sided logo in a white 6x6x6 box. 50% of the logos were terrible - smeared, wavy lines, etc. The other 50% were not great with low resolution, faded colors and poor print quality.
