Loved my puzzle but alot of the pieces…
Loved my puzzle but alot of the pieces edges came up. Very rare with my experience

Beautiful and well made
Hi, I am from India. I ordered Vibrant Tiles puzzle. With this puzzle I liked the poster and it's quality very much than the actual puzzle. The cutting of puzzle pieces is actually unique for me I never came accross to this style type of roundish. Colours looked amazing. But one thing I would like you to consider is make a change on Amazon India platform listing of this product. They mentioned like you will get 4 sorting trays ( I got only 2 of them) apart from this I am very happy the puzzle. Feel free to send puzzles for review.

I thought this puzzle was like the last…
I thought this puzzle was like the last one, that didn't fall apart but I was wrong. That's one of the reasons I bought two more. Unfortunately these are not the same quality as the first one!

My experience with Brain Tree Games was…
My experience with Brain Tree Games was very good after I was able to communicate by email with them. I tried doing the chat a few times and didn’t get a response. I tried filling out the information to get a replacement puzzle and it wouldn’t take my zip code. I finally emailed and got a response. I received my replacement puzzle yesterday. There was one missing piece from the puzzle we had replaced. My husband and I enjoy a BrainTree puzzles because the pieces stay together and the pictures are very nice. We went out and bought two more of the Brain Tree puzzles. Thank you for all your help.

Interesting 1000 Piece Puzzle
We bought the 1000 piece puzzle and My 8 year old is into this most of the time and he spends a lot of time trying to sort put the puzzle.

Made things right
I initially wrote a bad review because I ordered a puzzle several weeks before Christmas but because it took so long to get shipped out, I didn't receive it until after Christmas. However, Brain Tree Games did what they could to make things right and I greatly appreciate that they did that. Great customer service after all!

Like the puzzle but don’t like the…
Like the puzzle but don’t like the pictures shown for your other puzzles. We will continue to review your puzzles though. The quality of the individual pieces was good. The color quality is also good.
