Poorly die cut, ripped pieces. Huge sections stuck together. …
So excited to purchase one of your puzzles, I chose Floral Feline. What a mess when turning over pieces to start so many were not cut through… caused tearing and ripping of the pieces. Not tight fit very messy. Horrible.
Response from Brain Tree GamesApr 29, 2025

Missing 6 pieces
The puzzle looks great and is challenging but I got to the end and was missing 6 pieces. I just opened it and put it in my puzzle designated table so I know I didn’t lose any. This is highly frustrating!!!

Very slow delivery
Very slow delivery. I have shopped with other puzzle companies, and get my order with a solid week. With Braintree, from order to receiving took just over 2 weeks.

Slow delivery
I was given a 3-day delivery time. After ordering I was directed to a QR code to track my delivery progress. I don't do QR code. Now it is 9 days since I ordered and I get my first communication: Your order is on its way.

Missing a piece
The puzzle was fun to put together and we really liked the picture but it was missing a piece. We looked everywhere just in case but since we spent 2hrs putting it together and know it wasn't sitting out the only thing I can think of is that it got missed during packing. Very disappointing when you think you're done and you have one missing
Response from Brain Tree GamesMar 22, 2024

I sent an email stating I had a puzzle piece missing on the puzzle I bought I appreciate you sending a replacement, but not the same puzzle. I already did that puzzle. A different puzzle as a replacement would have been much more of a challenge

Halloween puzzle has me puzzled 😳
Bought a Halloween 500 piece puzzle, paid a premium price for it as well. Unfortunately the puzzle pieces were poorly cut or not cut properly. Pieces are too thin in general. Still it is a fun puzzle to work on but not the best quality.
