It's sooooooooooooooooooooooo hard

This is the second 1000 piece puzzle I bought from Hobby Lobby in Brick NJ that has one piece missing! And No, I didn’t loose it either. Very annoying.

Missing 14 pieces of one puzzle that came in Deca Puzzle Collection Christmas Series

I bought the 10 in 1 DecaPuzzle collection, Christmas series jigsaw puzzles. The pieces in the puzzles were very poor quality. Some were coming apart and a piece was broken.

We have now completed two puzzles by this brand in the past week and both were missing 1 piece. Very disappointed.

1000 piece puzzle called Carnival had damaged pieces and the picture had come loose from several of the backs. Too many damaged to try working it. I received this through a gift via a year subscription that ended December 2024.

Worst puzzle I’ve ever bought. At least 20% of the pieces were still stuck together and when breaking them apart, the paper tore off the back of all the pieces. Horrible, dismal cutting of the pieces. None of the pieces easily connect together, and you have to apply a lot of pressure, forcing them into place. This leaves you wondering if you have the wrong pieces connected together, even though they are the correct ones. Many border pieces were miss cut on the flat edge producing an uneven border for half of the peace. Good puzzles connect very easily and are cut cleanly. Also, it’s quite easy and clear whether or not the piece is supposed to fit. I got so frustrated with this terrible, poorly produced puzzle in the first hour that I boxed it up and tossed it. Will never buy another puzzle from Brain Tree again.
