Some pieces are broken and damaged

Missing a piece. Good quality, fun puzzle.

A lot of the pieces were stuck together there were several of the tips broken off Quite a few thin white paper pieces

Pieces are peeling. Pieces are missing. Will try not to buy from here again.

Your puzzles have very vibrant colors. We purchased the 10 puzzle kit. The cat puzzle was missing 2 pieces, an edge and an interior. The seal on the bag was intact. Several pieces seem to delaminate easily. But despite a few setbacks, they are enjoyable to do.

We were disappointed in this puzzle for a few reasons. 1. Some of the pieces were not cut through completely. 2. The finish on the puzzle makes it very hard to see. And lastly 3. We were missing a piece, new out of the box. We did enjoy the challenge of the picture itself.

Recently purchased a 1000 piece puzzle, Coastal Haven, SKU 310035. Box was sealed on two sides and the pieces were sealed in a plastic bag. Imagine my surprise when I discovered 3 pieces were missing. Contacted the phone number on the box 703-436-9766 and left a message about correcting the problem. Have yet to hear back.

Many of the pieces had paper hanging over the edges on the back that did not get cut all the way through and had to be pulled off. There were also a few pieces that didn't get cut apart all the way through. The poster was torn, too. The picture was nice and was called Fishing Adventure.
