The puzzle pieces were very poorly cut and glued.

A lot of unseparated pieces. Many had tearouts from separations. Not impressed.

Someone needs to be aware! Some one needs to be held accountable or justify why a machine isn’t sharp enough to cut something this thin! I was putting together my puzzle and I was about to put the last piece together and I realized it was missing so I looked around my puzzle room and tore it apart and it was no where to be found so my puzzle only came with 299 pieces instead of 300

The puzzle has issues. A lot of the pieces were stuck together still. There were a lot of pieces that had paper stuck in between the open holes

Puzzle was missing a piece and I tried calling the number on the website and it's disconnected.

So let me start off by saying the colors on the Majestic Plumage are beautiful now about the actual puzzle itself the pieces separate difficultly and damage the connecting pieces easily and then even more irritating from that many pieces that aren't even cut all the way and the pieces are still together this is supposed to be a puzzle and not pre-done for me. I could maybe understand one being this way but there are many this way. The only reason for the two stars is because of the picture itself and the amazing colors however the quality of the puzzle on its own I would have given it one star only at most the quality is just dishearting. I'm very sad I was really excited to do this puzzle but just ended up thowing it back into the box.

It was ok cute, but very obviously AI generated picture. The fact that it was AI generated doesn't bother me, but there were a lot of defects on the elephants! The quality of the pieces was pretty good, though.
