Just trying out the 7 day trial and the customer service is terrible, called in and emailed several times to get one question answered and my question is still not answered. 3 Stars because it seems to help with sleep but still no answer after a week...

I feel this product slightly helped my deep sleep duration. I felt sleepy when taking it. I thought it would help me stay in deep sleep longer than it did though. It also was very tart and difficult to drink. The calories included were also difficult for me since I do try to stick to a no eating or drinking 3 hours before bed. I had to make an exception for this trial for my intermittent fasting schedule (no calories right before bed), digestion schedule, etc.

The product was really good at helping me get a deep sleep. However, I wake up in the Middle of the night and was looking for help getting back to sleep. This product wasn’t very effective. I would like to test the product again but this time take it when I wake up in the middle of the night.
