Awful sales team and operation. Hired as Operations Manager and asked to bring on 2 appointment setters as he has 80k leads and zero follow up or re-targeting. I installed a full outbound appointment setting system in 3 weeks and despite being met with archaic "medieval" back-end ops, I fixed up the pipeline and got setters booking calls with a fresh re-activation offer at an avg. 55% show rate. Existing show rate on Ads leads was 17-22% which was clearly because he's dumping Ad spend on shitty Ads and he has no content flywheel. I tried to help as best as i could, as their "elite Cole Gordon Closer" had 4 refunds on 4 closes, but only 16 offers made on 40 showed calls on 200 bookings in a month. That's a 20% show rate on 200 booked calls, 60k ad spend, that's 60k cost per sale btw, and a 0% ROAS. But nah, this guy wanted to blame Sales. I stepped in to help and told them the truth... even beloved Cole Gordon's software firm SalesKick Cam Wydney said the same... "its your lead quality". 20 mins later I'm fired with no word or warning and my 2 setters were gone with me. This guy is one of those religious idiots that preaches God and having high integrity, the team is like "Brutal honesty' is there core moral code... but then, when you give that honesty and tell him his Marketing and VSL funnel is causing his 20% show up rate despite him spending $60k a month on Ad spend, overwhelming Closers calendars and havign to spend more money on a new software for show up rates... when u tell him he just needs to tweak his funnel and messaging... he acts like a 13 year old child. Will block and ignore you rather than face his own limitations. He likes to sit around and act like a high ticket closer but cannot close a barn door without someone being a 9/10, which comes from Nurture and Webinars and proves the point. The course is all they give you, he throws all the fulfilment at his right hand man James who is basically responsible for everything. Then they will make it your fault if you can't get a deal. Seriously, f this guy and his whole team - do not work or engage with it at all.

Even though I had seen another bad review about Brad Smotherman, I scheduled an online meeting because I wanted to compare several similar real estate investing courses. Signed into the meeting just 6 minutes late, and he refused to even reschedule. Not only that, but this CLOWN took the time to write a reply using clown gifs!! Tells you right away he's childish, and willing to drop anyone for the slightest issue.. This is also proved true by the VERY FEW good reviews here on Trustpilot, even though he has been selling his expensive courses for a long time. Check out Seth Williams, Joe McCall, William Tingle or Ron Apke, who you will find ALL HAVE BETTER REAL ESTATE INVESTING REVIEWS, SYSTEMS, AND MATURITY THAN BRAD SMOTHERMAN...

I am honestly disappointed with my experience so far with the Investor Creator program. About a month ago, I initially spoke with Kayla regarding potentially joining the program and obtaining more information. She briefly connected me with another representative, who advised that someone would be reaching back out to me the following week. Unfortunately, that follow-up never happened. Since then, I have called and left voicemails for Kayla nearly every week simply requesting a return call or an update, and I have not received any response whatsoever. What concerns me most is not necessarily whether I qualify for the program or not—if I am ineligible because I previously worked as a salesperson for another apprentice of the program, I completely understand and would appreciate being told that directly. My concern is the complete lack of communication and follow-through. If prospective members struggle to get a simple phone call returned before even joining the program, it naturally raises concerns about the level of support and responsiveness one can expect after becoming a member. I was genuinely interested in learning more about the opportunity and potentially participating in the program, but after a month of unanswered calls and no communication, I have been left with a disappointing first impression. At this point, I would simply appreciate clarity and a professional response, even if that response is that the program is not a fit for me.
