Poor quality service Our experience was unfortunately very poor and well below the level of service expected. We asked for 2 vans both to arrive at the same, the second one was an hour late. We had 4 people, most of whom clearly had no previous experience of doing the job. A supervisor instructed them what to do and had to keep stopping them to 'regroup' and give further instructions. It was chaotic at best. When I phoned to complain about the chaos, I was threatened that the men would be taken off the job there and then. Paying by the hour meant that they took their time. They left cigarette stubs at both houses and we observed them smoking marijuana. We paid for extra hours which were charged in advance rather than waiting until the job was completed. I was charged for both vans arriving at the same time but when I complained, the difference was repaid. Very disappointing and surprised by the poor service as previous reviews appear good.
