Unethical business practices
Ordered bras in~ 3 styles, 2 sizes. After being charged, I received a message from customer service noting the different sizes and questioning if this was intentional. I replied yes, and was told there would be a 45% fee for returns, or I could order 1-2 bras and pay just return shipping. I replied, questioning where this policy was on the website (which only mentions return shipping), and how many bras I could order without incurring the 45% fee. They replied without answering my questions, replying only that they wanted to save me the cost of these fees. I replied again, asking the same two questions- and received a response acknowledging that they don't advertise the 45% fee. I canceled the order, hoping for a prompt refund.
