Scandalously poor customer service. They constantly gave the runaround regarding a missing shipment and refused to refund me. They claim that as the replacement has already been shipped, they cannot refund, however they cannot locate the missing product. Add to this the infernal AI e-mails that they send me only adding fuel to the fire. Avoid them at all costs.
