Past 2 orders: My bag of "magnesium citrate" was something else entirely, a dark brown powder that is definitely NOT magnesium citrate. Next order was completely contaminated with orange greasy residue all over the outside and inside of the bags. You cant be confident that you are ingesting what is on the label or that it is pure. Serious health risk. Will never buy again.

They did not ship my item and it is for pain control for my arthritic dog, so it is important that I have it and know when I am going to get it. They at first didn't answer my emails, then insisted that I install the shopify app on my phone to get and answer as to the ETA, I refused. I don't need another app, it was a single purchase. I just needed the tracking number to know it shipped--WHICH IT NEVER DID--or a refund. I don't have my refund so I am following up with an internet scam complaint. THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND MY TIME.
