Got the wrong item after 5 months
I ordered from her November 30, 2020 and didn't get my order until April 2021, a week after I emailed asking for an update (no response) . She sent me the wrong item and then ignored my emails and dms for a month. On top of that the promotion I used a code for said the order came with 3 free scrunchies and only 2 were sent. So I'm out money with an item I don't want. Don't give her your business there are plenty of more deserving small businesses.
