I was thinking about focusing on a new group of students that needed privacy and community. This program as me ready to go with a new membership group. He provides clear instruction for every detail of the process, from lead research to member reminders. I can not wait to get this group started.

I booked four private sessions with James and have received a ton of value and insight about how to take my business to the next level. James is great about setting up a structure so you can learn and practice new skills step-by-step. I've done three sessions so far and am wishing I had twelve! I highly recommend!

My biggest takeaways from the IC Group Coaching are Mindset, Daily Habits and Consistency. Yes, they all still need a lot of work for me to achieve my goals. It helped me sort out my priorities. 1. The group coaching live (and recorded) sessions kept me moving forward even when I got stuck (which was often). I definitely have a renewed vision and am more motivated than ever to replace paid employment with Teacher-Entrepreneur revenue. 2. The WhatsApp group provides the oh-so necessary weekly accountability and Stefy’s feedback and encouragement in the group is, as always, invaluable ❤️ 3. Stefy’s module on Mindset set the tone for the entire IC Group Coaching. I wrote out my BIG WHY and kept it handy in my wallet (required homework) until my wallet went through the laundry. Lesson learned: rinse and repeat. Thanks Bowei for an inspiring few months and for providing the upgraded and improved 21-Day Challenge. Onwards!

If you’re considering moving from traditional teacher to building your own business then this is a great place to start! The Inner Circle training has been fantastic and so in-depth, covering marketing, sales, networking and finding your niche. There is a WhatsApp group where you can ask questions within a supportive community and Stefy provides timely and invaluable feedback. You may be ‘going it alone’ in terms for your business venture but there is a ready made team of experts and a community of teachers and coaches available to support you along the way.

I have been a member of Bowei's Inner Circle community for a year now and I can only say good things about the community. I came into the Inner Circle via the 21-Day Challenge and it was natural for me to join because I get further support from teachers all over the world. I particularly enjoy the growth coaching group sessions. Small groups of teachers (coaches) from all corners of the globe are coming together via WhatsApp and Zoom to learn about specific topics like Mindset and how to grow in their businesses. The WhatsApp group is awesome. You can hold yourself accountable with other teachers and exchange successes as well as see each other grow. Stefy's mentoring in the December 2023 group growth coaching was outstanding because she reminded us weekly to report on our wins and the goals we are setting ourselves. There was also an Accountability session every week via Zoom, which was a great way to exchange tips and tricks as well as successes. Furthermore, you are making friends with teachers from all over the world. If you are a teacher, who wants to become independent and have success, then Boweistrategy.com is the way forward.

It would not be an understatement to say “ the 21 Day Challenge changed my life”. I am a Professor of Marketing and International Business who was looking for a little side hustle to make a few bucks. I have also been an ESL teacher so when I got James’ email, it caught my eye. In three weeks, I learned many lessons that I put into practice right away. The result was an invitation to be part of a symposium put on by USC. I have no doubt that the reason I received the invitation was because I caught someone’s attention while I was following the program. As an educator, I can attest that James and his team are the real deal. They truly care about your success. Don’t delay, sign up for the challenge today. You don’t regret it.

My husband and I are doing our on-line teaching business together. Prior to finding James Liu and the Teacher Entrepreneur training, we were attempting to create a YouTube channel as an income source. We were paying a yearly fee for a good course and program from people who were successful. However, after spending three years of floundering: 1. We went off the rails from what was recommended, 2. We spent long periods not doing anything because we were bogged and uncertain, 3. And in the end realized that what we were creating was not going to draw an audience nor could it be monetized. My husband looked elsewhere for an opportunity and found James Liu and his Teacher Entrepreneur Challenge. We started the challenge but switched to the 1on1 Mentoring program. We were not going to do what we did before. We needed mentors to keep us from making the wrong turn and keep us going! We have not been disappointed. In fact we are thrilled. James has brilliantly put together all the best practices for marketing and business development, social media, and other skills and has a team of experienced specialists who themselves have created their own successful Teacher Entrepreneur Niche. The program can get you up an running. Both my husband and I have always been employees--never entrepreneurs. My many previous attempts to start an entrepreneur business failed every time. We are not failing this time! We are succeeding with this program and with James and his team. We got two clients and income within the first few months of starting the program. Compare that with our last attempt: $0 in 3 years. Hah! Linda and John Headstream
