FEEL FREE / BOTANIC TONICS — DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BANKING INFORMATION! The company uses stored credit card information for automatic charges without separate approval for each purchase. When problems arise, instead of personalized customer service, you receive scripted responses and excuses about their automated system. Money is charged without your active involvement, while the responsibility for getting it back is shifted entirely onto you. Do not give this company access to your wallet. You risk losing your money and being left without assistance, a solution, or a refund.

They promote a rewards program for spotting out-of-stock products, but they omit a critical detail: nearly half the United States is barred from receiving the reward. More ironically, there is no law in this state banning the sale of their product, despite their claim to the contrary.

Great service; strong website options, great email customer service. I've had a subscription for about 2 years - love their product offering (especially Feel Free classic) and the website has good control over my subscription. The 1 time I did reach out directly via email, response was quick and effective.
