GREAT COMPANY & PRODUCT
Botanicam is a great company which elevates the purchase experience by its presentation and care with the products, nice delivery notes and samples. I have been using Inesscents CBD Salvation Hot Freeze Skin Salve on my lower back religiously for two years. I love the soothing heat. Highly recommend! However it contains cayenne which will stain your clothes so be careful if this is a concern.

Personal touches
First of all the hand written personal thank you note scored major points in customer service. The presentation, packaging and care that went into also told me how much you care about your products and your customers. And finally the extra samples made the experience even better.

We wish we could meet all of our customers in person to show our gratitude but in todays ecommerce ruled world we just have to try to show how honored we are to have you shop with us! Thank You!
