Hello, our contact info is on our website at the footer of every page and there are multiple contact forms throughout our website including a contact page. Please send us a photo with pictures of the lashes you received, so we can compare them to the photos we take of every order shipped out. Our lashes are handmade with care and carefully looked over multiple times before shipping out; we even photograph them. If for some reason you can't find our contact page or many other contact forms on our website. Please feel free to email us at [email protected]. Thank you.
