We would NEVER recommend this company…
We would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! We are a full service Estate Planning and Business law firm that has been working with Bosseo for over a year. We are writing this review of our experience in working with Bosseo, Haris and Justin, with the hope that no other law firm or company will EVER have experienced what we have experienced in working with this company! After several months of telling Haris and Justin that we were receiving an overwhelming amount of cases for practice areas that we have NEVER practiced, including but not limited to Family Law, we discovered that they had put out and published HUNDREDS of webpages showing our firm to offer "divorce; child custody" and other Family Law related services. In fact, they admitted that more than 300 webpages were improperly put out to market our firm for these practice areas. In addition, we have discovered that all (or a great majority) of the content for our law firm is simply a bunch of AI-created content in practice areas and for services that we don't offer. After discovering this error, we realized that our firm and image has been significantly impacted by this incompetent behavior of Bosseo. Instead of providing any level of apology or taking any accountability or responsibility for what we believe has cost our firm a significant amount of return on investment, Bosseo, including Haris and Justin, have resorted to what I would describe as intentional behavior to further hurt and damage the image of our law firm. They have indicated that the great majority of the marketing information, which we have spent THOUSANDS of dollars paying for is "proprietary" and that they are now refusing to turn over to us or our new marketing company, and have made it significantly difficult for us to take the marketing that we have paid for to a new company, including the website. In fact, they agreed to keep our website up until October 21, 2026, so that the new marketing company could have access to take it over, but unilaterally pulled the website down on October 17, 2026 and put up "SITE SUSPENDED" in Red in what we would describe as retaliation for our firm sending them a Letter of Preservation and Letter of Intent to Litigate against them for their conduct. We believe that Bosseo has acted in an intentional way to hurt the image of our law firm, and to hurt our ability to transition away from them to a new company with any level of continuity, despite knowing that they made egregious and inappropriate errors with our marketing, which we believe impeded our law practice from realizing a full return on our investment! They have further made nasty and offensive statements towards our IT professionals. We believe Haris, Justin, and Bosseo has acted in a way that demonstrates significant incompetence and to which we would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
