BosllaReviews of boslla.com

1. The Product Did Not Fit (The Real Reason) The company's email (which they sent to customers) focuses on the bulb's length and fan hitting the dust cover. This was a real issue, but it wasn't the main problem. The main issue was that the entire bulb's diameter was too large, making it physically impossible to seat it in the headlight housing. It pushed against the entrance wall and could not be installed. The company's "fix" of buying an extended dust cover would have been useless, because you can't install a new dust cover if the bulb won't even fit into the housing to begin with. 2. Slow Service & Questionable Refund Policy While the customer service representatives were professional in their responses, the process was slow. I often only received replies late at night. After I insisted and my refund was finally approved, I had to wait another full week and contact them again to actually get my money back. 3. Unethical Use of Customer Photos Here is the most concerning part: The company is now using my photos—the ones I sent to customer support to prove the product was defective—in their public marketing emails. They have added their company logo to my photo and are using it to misrepresent the problem. The email discusses how to fix a dust cover issue, when my photo clearly shows a fitment issue. 4. The Company's "Fixes" are Risky This company is actively encouraging its customers to perform "DIY modifications" like drilling holes in their dust covers or using PVC and silicone to create a seal. This is unprofessional, risky, and could easily void your vehicle's warranty. A product advertised as "plug and play" should not require you to permanently modify your car with hardware store parts. Summary: I did eventually get my money, but the entire experience was a hassle. Be aware that if you need to make a return, you will likely have to pay $20-$50 for return shipping, which the company will not cover. I personally will not buy another product from Boslla

I have not received my headlights. High and low. To me over $200 is a little pricey but I did it anyway; looked good from their videos. I don't actually know. They sent me a tracking number for a company called speedyX. I went on to see where it is. It says "no access to address". Huh? I don't have a gate. I know I live in the country side. BUT FedEx delivers Usps delivers. Ups drops off at the local store where we can pickup. This people have my number no call. I'll go to them. What is the problem? Tracking say will be returned to sender.! Huh? Feeling Scammed!!

The website is good, the shipping is fast and maybe the product is good, however the communication for return is very long. After the initial communication, a week later theres no responds from this company. I would not recommend buying from this website.

the item i ordered didnt fit my make, model, and yr from the drop down options..i work on my vehicle regurarly and know how to work on vehicles…i emailed boslla about a return because their website says “money back guarantee” but thats false advertisement because they offered me 2 options….option 1 was to keep item and they would issue me a refund of $20….option 2 was return item minus a $8+ restocking fee plus i have to pay the shipping to return item when there website gave me wrong options to choose from cuz item didnt fit…both options gave me about the same $20 in refund…company needs to update their system and make 100% sure item fits that vehicle…ended up ordering from another company and they fit and a bit cheaper

Not a happy customer the shipping takes a long time they promised 5-7 days it’s been 14 days now still haven’t received it uet

Have not received headlights, it has been 3 weeks

I was initially excited when I placed an order! I had been wanting to upgrade my headlights, and the switchbacks seemed like an awesome choice. After the order was placed, I got an email from Boslla asking me to provide a photo of my DL/ID card as well as a photo of my credit card. The email stated it was a step to prevent fraudulent purchases. I was definitely not comfortable sending photos of my cc and identification card.. so I canceled the order and won’t be trusting them.

No product in 2 weeks, my old ballast failed so I ordered a newer brighter version. I have sent several emails asking where my product is and no one has gotten back to me at all. Since this is a foreign account in GB my bank froze my account several times until I got the order in and approved...it has been a nightmare. Great product when they work but horrible customer service.
