Investors need to do extra due diligence before taking the company's and it's partners' advice e.g. valuation provided by sourcing agents, double checking with multiple sources prior to estimating ROI based on potential capital appreciation.

With good intentions to help others in investing in property they should be equally prepared to allow members voice accurate poor experiences from recommended sourcing agents etc. Their community platform is very strongly guarded against any comment that maybe deemed pessimistic or not uplifting. As anything in life we take the ups and downs particularly in buying property and decide for ourselves, this group shelters members from the reality. In addition, when there is a problem with their recommended teams, they are very poor in giving support and shy away away from potential conflict and so investors are left very frustrated.

bornpoordierich.com goldengooseproperty.com Trainer: Daniel Sim Pros: Provided training materials. Videos are also uploaded and archived for participants to access and playback. Have some access to a network of support in the UK. Cons: Very expensive training package of 15-25K. Problem is the team gets very defensive when issues happen, and may choose to totally not respond. This is the worse feeling because when you need help, they are not there. The team also cuts off those who are not satisfied with the programme. I feel very disappointed as I really trusted Daniel and he seemed genuine at first. Really don't know why he and his team would do this to us. On hindsight, it's better to do more research on YouTube first or even check out other courses before signing up.
