It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my order. There’s no actual number to call and talk to someone in the moment. It’s a”leave a message” or “send a text” or via email. They send their products via usps which is awful all on its own. The shipment is divided but only one tracking number is provided. They sure are quick to charge your card but not to deliver in more ways than one.

PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the stress and the money. It took them three weeks to ship my weights. I haven’t even received all of them yet. And then, when I tested out the things I did receive, the clamps didn’t fit the barbells and all the weights slid off and almost injured me! This is insane. I spent almost $600 on these things. I don’t want to hear excuses about how they’re “just starting out”. These are things you get fixed BEFORE you take people’s hard earned money. No one deserves to be robbed like this. I don’t want to hear excuses about not being able to take returns or to give refunds. I want my refund and I have all the proof I need that this is THE COMPANY’S fault

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It has been over a month and they won’t tell me why they haven’t shipped my product! They keep saying it has shipped! I’ve contacted them five times and they continue to say that I won’t get a refund for anything unless I ship product that I haven’t gotten back! 450 dollars!

Fraudulent company!!!! Please beware!!! I never received the weights that I ordered and they have not processed a refund. I have contacted my bank and States Attorney General to file a claim. They won’t get away with taking my $235.00. I will so everything in my power to get my money back and stop others from being swindled.

This business is shady. They took 473.55$ out my bank but didn’t even bother reply to my emails. While I was shopping on the website, I wanted to change items in my cart so I tried to go back to the previous page, but instead my order was submitted automatically before I could change my address and put a different card number (my google account has my old information saved). I emailed them right after asking to cancel my order or at least change my address and I didn’t get a reply back. So I called them and some girl told me that she has sent my information to her billing team and she also told me that I would hear from them in 3-4 business days. Unfortunately I never heard anything from them after, and a few days later I got a tracking number with an email said thank you for shopping with us. Now I’m out of almost 500$ and nothing from them. The barbells and weights I ordered was sent to a wrong address! They didn’t even bother changing my address at least. I’m not happy at all.

This shouldn’t even get a single star, this business is seriously shady! They’re so money hungry that they go against their own CANCELLATION POLICY & make up something totally different then what the website states. The website says that you can CANCEL your order for a refund before the tracking number has been issued which I did & they wrote this “ Thanks for reaching out to Booty Bands. I hope you are having a great day. I am here to help you :) Please note, Our barbells and weights are made to order so when you purchase your custom order will start being made. Upon checking, I found Your steel has already cut down and paint has been done and it will be dispatched in 24-48 hours, therefore, We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to cancel your order because it is already in the front of shipping. Let me know if there is anything else to help you with. Your support is appreciated by our small women-owned USA Business. XOXO!” & there policy says this >>> If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so by providing the order number and It can be canceled before getting the tracking numbers. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund by bearing the shipping fee. See our Return policy.<<< Also, the product is not even worth it, go on YouTube search for this company and you will see. Save your coins & go elsewhere or to the gym. In the middle of a pandemic, these people will are doing shady things for money. I included pics of what they emailed me regarding the cancellation & their policy. I’m going every review site possible & my bank is currently handling this. This is a company that operates by “We need your money more than you”
