From time of order to delivery took 1 month and 3 days. I ordered 2, only received 1. Ad for Ergonomic Soft Hip Support claims egg won't break if sat on, but this pillow flattens, makes sitting worse. Refund policy is nearly impossible to comply with. No way to return item, and hard to get refund.

Ordered a pillow just under a month ago. It's now almost a week late after a very generous delivery window of three weeks. I have received multiple emails telling me it has shipped, and supplying tracking, but the tracking has not been updated in over two weeks. I contacted customer service and they just pasted in all the same boilerplate rubbish that I'd already received in the emails. Terrible service and I'm not convinced the thing will ever arrive...
