Peter M.
Unbelievably Bad Customer Service
Needed to return an item, but before it arrived, UPS lost it. The snarky, rude CS rep (Debbie) decided it would be a good idea to subtract a $15 shipping fee, and a 3.5% credit card fee from my refund, on an item I never received. UPS can't even provide a delivery date, at present. Special kind of stupid going on. Now, I'll have to get my CC bank involved. Edit: Here's an email reply from Debbie, who threatens to attack our vet clinic with a fake bad review, in retaiation for the 1 star review she earned her company: "I'm sorry you feel that way, Peter, as we tried to help you. You can blame us for the UPS issue, but we had nothing to do with it. Also, I'm not waiting for UPS's response regarding your order before I refunded you. So we could have left the matter there. However, your threats are unwarranted. I can also leave a 1-star review on your pet clinic if this is how you treat companies you do business with over an error that wasn't our fault. Your Yelp rating of 2.8 out of 32 isn't too good Peter. Things can go both ways sir. If you wish to speak to my boss, John, you can call him at 415-785-8428. You have a great day sir."
