Bought three scents to try, the citrus is disgusting, go to exchange it but lo and behold, it can't be returned if the product is opened. Plus there's no contact option on the site so you're screwed. Terrible company.

Shipping is ridiculous. SLOW! Wouldn’t deal with this company again. Poor customer service.

BEWARE- placed an order 30 days ago. Order NEVER shipped. Have contacted the company via email, (they have no phone #) and they are refused to refund me. They have not shipped my order (out of stock) and they REFUSE to refund me for the order. I have begged, I have pleaded, I have DM’d their social media and sent more than 8 emails in 30 Days. They just won’t refund me. Buyer BEWARE!
