I did not receive the full scope of the services that were described in the agreement, particularly the expected marketing support. The rating in the Website is false. I have concerns about the clarity of some promotional claims and how the service expectations were communicated, poor and inaccurate. I would recommend that potential clients ensure all deliverables are clearly documented in writing before proceeding.
